Energy Independence Update
Energy Efficiency is now within your grasp! The Energy Independence Program (EIP) was approved by Council on August 28, 2008 and is now taking applications. With this new program, property owners can apply for a loan for any energy efficient measure which is permanently attached to the property, including photovoltaic (solar) panels, high efficiency heating and air conditioning systems, efficient pool pumps, windows, and much more.
