Palm Desert Celebrates the Fourth

Palm Desert celebrates the Fourth of July with entertainment, fireworks, food, and fun for the entire family.  Back again this year on the  Civic Center Park stage will be Steve Madaio & Friends, playing music under the stars with his 10-piece instrumental and vocal ensemble.  The fun starts at 7:15 p.m. and is free to the public.  Learn More

Athena Award Nomination Deadline

The nomination deadline for Palm Desert’s annual ATHENA Awards is Friday, July 10. The ATHENA Awards recognize individuals who have achieved professional excellence, provided meaningful community service, and assisted women in reaching their full leadership potential.
